Its happened in the before (not sure whether it was a Iranian though and what the protest was about). I saw a documentary once which had a clip of it. The person just burnt in the street :(

I recall a woman setting herself alight a few years ago in Ontario, in front of the French Embassy. She was protesting France&#39;s crackdown on an Iranian opposition group.

btw, Indians practically have it made. They get free college, free room & board on reservations + they can smoke all the paote they want legally among other things.
