It seems to be an issue. At least for some of the forum addicts. So let's see what the general opinion is about this totally non-important subject.

Anyway, this was the idea:

I don't really mind how many levels there are, but I like those big golden yellow stars. :D

I like this new system, it puts noobs like j2, hobbes, clocker and the like in their place.

One has to have some form of hierarchy, it's only right.

So let's stick with this new 5 tier system, you know it makes sense.

Personally I could not care a less but for all those members who posted their "coming of age" in the lounge all these "demotions" might be a bit of a blow.

It would probably be better not to put members into a boxes, ie. senior members, just because they have nothing better to do than spam the board with one word posts.ect. Perhaps it would be better to give that &#39;senior member&#39; title to members that have been at least a year member of this board and have given quality posts or given something else important to FST (KLB).

All these sudden attention to post count and stars, why not bringing back the posting stats and post counts to thier places. and remove these lines:

Post counts are no longer visible in the normal forum view. If you are really desparate to check how many posts a member has, you can check their profile. We believe that all posts are worth the same and there is no need to show off how many posts someone has.

How do I learn more about a member ?
By clicking the &#39;member posts&#39; link, you can now get a much better idea of what a member is like from what they post.

And let me tell you that Old members dont deserve to step back that much, if they dont have much post but thier not a bunch of spammers. am not talking about my self, just have a look all old members r steped back to 2 stars or 3 can u tell me how they gona get thier 5 stars if they dont spamm and they dont deserve to have members whom gotten thier posts by replying "stfu" and joined this forum way after them to be on thier top.

shit. I go away for a few days and this happens. I earnt my stars without any spamming, unlike some people who managed to get 3 (old) stars in 10 days...

now i only have two. Kinda sucks really. Back to almost noob status
