Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me. Evertime I try to open a file with Media Player Classic it crashes. I believe I have the latest version installed- 6.4.8.2. I have no idea what is causing this so if anyone could help I'd be very greatful. :)

what kind of file your talking about? do you have codecs installed?

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Gabest\Media Player Classic

If you delete this registry key with RegEdit all settings of Media Player Classic will be deleted and return to their to default.Try it.
