What’s the best program that allows you to record from webcam and then send the video to someone?

The software that came with the cam wont work properly.

camtasia (http://www.techsmith.com) or snaglt (http://www.techsmith.com)

camtasia produces the best quality vids but the videos that snaglt produces have a much smaller filesize (easier to upload). snaglt also has an automatic jpeg capture device which can be quite useful.
