Just so everybody sees this before they decide to sign up there:

They collect:

financial information (like account or credit card numbers)

I wonder what they need that for <_<

lol i signed up and they didnt ask for credit card at all...

they hav 2gb email too but u gotta pay for it... i think thts wt they might be referring to ;)

well, i signed up and its working fine for me.. pages load pretty fast too...

btw i didnt giv credit card info and i jus faked the adress and all tht info :rolleyes: :P

i think they meant it will find any credit card info you have from using amazon/ ebay etc on your comp from the cookie or somthing like that any ways,

Why not just wait for GMail or the hotmail equivalents. This looks seriously dodgy (I mean to put in a TOS that they will read you credit card details if they can is very alarming :().

In the meantime you can try Yahoo which has increased its storage too 100 megs and a 10 meg limit. If your trying to send larger files then try CD, FTP, P2P or yousendit.org and don&#39;t be taken in just because you feel you need "1 gig" of storage :rolleyes:

I got a gmail account and I&#39;m not too fussed about my privacy on it as the only things I get through email are quick messages from mates, stupid pictures from my mates and adverts for viagra that enlarges my breasts from the king of Nigeria. :blink:

Edit: Oh, and are we going to be seeing that link everytime someone mentions gmail?
