wow just noticed the board size grew a few more pixels in between me writing and posting a post!

nice work. virtually entire screen taken up now. looking good

edit. in fact it may be slightly too big, as i now have a scroll bar on the bottom, but only just if that makes sense. I dont have to move it to see things, but its there

ha, ya, and the google bar moved a little.

This is good, nice work brian.

not to big for me though, it's perfect on my screen. ;)

perfect at 800x600 too :)

I am tweaking the board wrapper a bit. I will try to save a couple more pixels.

No problems with scrollbars here. It probably has already been fixed. There should be no problems on 800x600 either.

its no problem and looks better.

think i like the google bar where u put it go. brings the links closer to the board, instead of having to scroll up slightly

Looks better the way it was. Now the googlebar is a bit inconspicuous. So much so that poeple will probably overlook it. No way to tell it's google except for the submit button.

I added the google logo back (google requires it anyway). Does it still look good on your resolution?

my screen resolution is at 2048 width and i still see a scroll bar across the bottom. the page width is a few px too wide. (im using ie)

and i think the google search looks better now.

is it possible to make the google logo appear in the text box? like how the google deskbar is. That would save room and still let people know its google.

or maybe we could get rid of some of the links in top and put the ones that are posts as pinned topics in this section. the "Other Sites" could just have 2 or 3 links come up at random. This might also get more people to click on them.

the width is much better now. Its just too bad it looks ugly with google on the bottom :)

"Anyone who charges is a scam!" - is there a better way to phrase this?

looks good now. no scroll bar, google bar looks good, easy to see and use and doesnt push other links out of the way.

@wienerschnitzel - maybe anything that charges is a scam? or any p2p program that charges is a scam?

I had suggested this idea in the the other post, but the suggestion should probably be here.
So here ya go, what do you think, seems more professional to me anyway...

Full Size (http://filesharingtalk.com/sigs/FSTTOP.jpg)

I also think moving the Warning to center next to the Home Link
looks much more proffesional and genuine as well.
Seems in better taste for some reason.

It looks good and I like how its phrased. The only problem I have is if your resolution is 800 x 600, those words appear under filesharing talk.

Maybe we could add, "post here (http://filesharingtalk.com/index.php?showforum=85) before you buy." This way we can explain why it is a scam.

I also like, "If you paid for kazaa...you're an idiot."

but a person who scams is a "scam artist" not a "scam"
