Please Help Me With Spam/spyware/adware Problem

I have run the following programs and they all have the latest version
- Ad-Aware
- Registry Cleaner
- Window Washer
- Spybot Search & Destroy

But I am still getting the following spam
- One (http://home.ripway.com/2004-3/87311/Spam1.jpg)
- Two (http://home.ripway.com/2004-3/87311/Spam2.jpg)
- Three (http://home.ripway.com/2004-3/87311/Spam3.jpg)
- Four (http://home.ripway.com/2004-3/87311/Spam4.jpg)

Does anyone know of what is causing the spam? Or if there is anything else I should try? Don’t know if it matter but I am using CompuServe 2000 version 6 which is owned my AOL :( .

also using a software firewall will block the incomming spam , get zone alarm or outpost
