Extremely Slow Downloads?

In the past 2 days I've found that my download speed is considerably slower than normal? Could this be something out of my control or is Kazaa Lite acting funny?

Basicly out of control (you might try jumping SuperNodes and looking for more sources and merge .dat files, though), if you haven't changed anything in your sys or you haven't installed anything that might have or is consuming your bandwidth.
