How Do U Take New Firmware Off?

i updated my cd-rw firmware and now when i insert a blank cd-r my cd-rw thinks it's a cd-rom. sure, it still burns, but it says it's a cd-rom and not a cd-rw and i have to manually start nero. how do u go back to previous firmware? thx.

You gotta find the previous firmware somewhere on teh net (good to make a backup before u flash) then you gotta reflash with the old one.
