Trying To Upgrade Xp Ps 2, What Do I Do?

I'm trying to up grade windows xp (corp) pro, it's saying I have an invalid code, the code that I did have was working fine for sp 2 updates until now, the must have updated a list of serials or something. What do I do? Can someone help me?

would be nice if people did a little research and looked into the PID 640 issue on sp2 rc...I wouldn't be installing the service pack until it goes full release (I lied coundn't resist having a peek at it in my laptop (use it for test purposes only))NO issues here ;)

Imo unless one wants trouble. Wait until SP2 goes FINAL. Then wait another couple months to see what M$ has up their ass.
