Should I Delete It?

I was uninstalling a program in Add/Remove and saw something called 'Hyperload'. I googled it (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&q=hyperload) and it appears to be a game. I know I didn't download it. Should I delete it is the question??

I would normallyjust delete it but since I know I didn't download it, I'm wondering ifit could be something else.

Hyperload is spyware crap installed with many on-line games.
