Are there any of these up anymore? last time i checked, grokmusiq and mp3hq were both messed up. does anyone know of any of this type of site is still up?

No, they've all been shut down due to security issues in the scene. If you are lucky enough to find one working, send a private message to those who ask for it. Please don't post them here on such a public forum. This is in the best interests of the scene, and you, the filesharers. :music1:
