Hope I understand your question: VB = Visual Basic right? Icons=Toolbar buttons?
Add Microsoft Common Controls SP* to your project, and you will get a toolbar control. Draw it wherever you want it to be and right click on it. Select properties and you get into the control menu, where you can place as many buttons as you wish and where you can assign icons of your choice to it (picture). You can create your own if you want.
