Number Of Posts

Is it just me or has this forum slowed down quite a lot recently?

You used to be able to post a question in most sections and get a reply back within half an hour by more than a few people. Recently I have seen lots of questions/posts going un-answered, or getting an answer a few days later.

Have also noticed a few new people, or people using new names, either spamming constantly, or asking questions about everything and using new posts for each new question despite the questions being on the same subject.

Has the "type" of person using this forum changed? Are there more noobs than sr. members?

Do the sr. members hesitate before answering now, for a variety of reasons? I certainly have my doubts about one person on here, and do not answer any of his/hers posts.

I agree that things have slowed down. And that there's way more n00bs. Not by post count or stars but by join date & lack of knowledge. I think a lot has to do with the repetetive questions asked adnasium.

Yes, the board has slowed down...

Two reasons:
1) as Hooked posted, it's holiday time for a lot of people (remember July-August last year?)

2) Muscleman doesn't post 34687534567 times a day now. :P

I think muscle man as well as error404 have been banned for reasons unknown to me.
I know that they were a bit heavy on the posting.......maybe you are noticing the result of the ban.

MM was banned um... cause he was part of KL Tools group and they refused to remove some kinda sig. And Error is the admin so he can't have banned himself unless he went spacko.

The summer months are a slow period for virtually all sites. I for one spend most of my time outdoors, at the beach or working. Once winter roles around, people will be in doors with nothing to do but file share.
