i think it comes with drugs and poverty, they like to think theyre mature

it is also happening in school, now 11 and 12 yr olds are comming to school high on drugs and drunk from alcohol.. happened last tuesday at our schools&#39; lower site :(

they just sit outside shops and ask people to get stuff for em. i get tthis warm fuzzy feeling saying "no you&#39;re not old enough :D " :blink:
