Splitting Quicktime Movie Files

i have lotr rotk dvd rip 2gb .mov file but i need to split it into 3 separate files for 3 disks what software can i use? please help

you can edit quicktime files with Adobe Premiere.

I suggest you go and use RAD from the divx digest link. It's what worked best for me, and yeah then go use premiere.

Yes, Tmpgenc (with QT plugin) rules and is easy to use--only, be sure to read tutorials because there are a few issues that can be avoided with proper use.
