does anyone know of the best way to get one? I know i could pay for one but im too cheap to do that.

Anyone know of a site or channel that offers free bnc?

most servers should offer one. well at least the ones i go to

You just go to the channel where the ops hang out and request one, if they do it. I simple whois of a couple ops on a channel will generally tell you if they are enabled.

Or just go to OUR chat of course, since out server offers vhosting.

Well he means an actual bnc, not just a server vhost. And I don't know of any free ones but if they are free they are probably crappy and not very reliable. Your best bet would be to pay for one or just stick with a vhost from the server.
