Infested Cats

So, I also participate on the Genmay Forums (http://www.genmay.com), and I've managed to work myself into an "interesting situation." It's entirely possible that nothing will come of this, but I'm curious to say the least.
Here is a copy of the thread thus far:

NOTE: Before you continure forward, be sure to read that thread if you want to understand what's happening.
This is a copy of the email I sent to National City Bank:
Hello,
My name is Kim Almendinger (out of Cleveland, OH), and I have a concern.
My son, David, works for Greenworld Landscape in Cleveland, Ohio. Recently, I've come to believe that hes cashed/deposited a check that didn't necessarily belong to him.
For some odd reason, he scanned the check (perhaps to show off to his friends).

Notice how the check is made out to some conspicuous amount of money - plus the handwriting is my sons.
I've contacted Greenworld Landscape, and we are both concerned about who deposited this, and what account it was deposited under. We would like to return the money.
Thank you for your time.
Predictions? Comments? Lets hear it.
