A Little Math Trick

Work this out as you read.
Be sure you don't read the bottom until you've worked it out!


1. First of all, pick the number of times a week that you would like
to have sex. (more than once but less than 10)


2. Multiply this number by 2 (Just to be bold)


3. Add 5. (for Sunday)


4. Multiply it by 50 I'll wait while you get the
calculator................


5. If you have already had your birthday this year add 1754....

If you haven't, add 1753 .........



6. Now subtract the four digit year that you were born.


You should have a three digit number ....



The first digit of this was your original number (i.e., how
manytimes you want to have sex each week).

The next two numbers are ..........

YOUR AGE!

Its a mathematical trick (hence the title :P). I've known this for ages. Still kinda weird though.

If you really want the magic spoilt, I've explained the trick below :devil:


Make n the number of times you want a shag.
Step 2 tells you to multiply that number by two, so you get 2n

Step 3 tells you to add five, so it becomes 2n + 5

Step 4 gets you to multiply by 50, so it becomes 50(2n + 5).  Expanded, that becomes 100n + 250. 

Step 5 then gets you either to add 1753 or 1574, depending on whether you've had this year's birthday or not. 
Coupled with the 250, that gives you 2003 or 2004 - The year you had your last birthday! ;)
For simplicity, we'll change that 2003/2004 into Y, and the equation becomes 2n + Y. 

Step 6 then tells you to subtract your birth year from the equation, which we'll call B. 
The equation becomes 100n + Y - B, but it doesn't take an expert in algebra to deduce that Y - B = A (your age) :D
So we'll change it to the final equation of 100n + A. 

What does this final equation mean?  It means that your age will always be the last two digits, and because of the 100x factor the n will always be the first digit.  BTW kudos to the guy who made this, for adding that "number of times you want sex" part as a red herring :lol:

OK here's how it works:

you select a number of times you would like to have sex a week, higher than 1 and lower than 10.
so let's call it - X

now, you multiply it by 2 ==> 2X

you add 50 ==> 2X + 50

you multiply again, by 50 this time ==> 100X + 250

Now, you add 1753/1754 ==> 100X + 2003/2004 (getting the picture yet?)
(BTW, those 2 numbers needed to be changed every year that passes in order for this trick to work...)

you substract your year of birth from that number ==> (so if you're... say 21 and you already had a birthday this year, which means you're born on 1983)
100X + 2004 - 1983

after the calculation above you should get 100X + 21
you can also write it X21 ==> exactly how it's supposed to be.
