Is There A Way To Fix An .mpg That Freezes At One

Hey guys,
Ive had a bunch of files like these and ussually I just disregard it but I was wondering if there is a way to fix this, I remember that there are programs to fix ISO and stuff and was wonderng if it would work on these. They are about 700mb .mpg movies,

videofixer is the best, but divfix is free, you should be able to find a crack for videofixer
