Do You Have To Be Uploading To Download With Overn

I'll be downloading something on Overnet, and then suddenly people will stop uploading from me, when that happens then my downloads stop as well... I know I have to upload fast to download fast, but do I have to upload to download?

Sounds more like your connection simply overloads and soft-crashes, thus causing you to lose BOTH uploads and downloads at roughly the same time.

Have you tried using connection speed and/or TCP/IP monitoring programs to see what it possibly is overloading your connection?

Btw, 100+ ip connections at once cause MANY internet connections to crash.
