How old you leagally have to be to buy Rizla (ciggerette) papers on their own, I could'nt answer that :blink:
I know you cannot buy matches till the age of 12 (well daone :rolleyes: ) and Fags/Backy 16, but what about Papers?

I made a giant rose outta papers.
And used Liqourice papers for the stem.
It was sooooo pwetty, but a waste of valuable skins. ;)
