Sounds like the USofA......A couple of months ago a heard on the news that some guy got sued for smoking in his backyard. His cigar smoke was bothering his neighbors. He had to agree to smoke inside so they'd drop the suite.

'Course, in the US you can sue anybody over anything.....damn lawyers are getting rich and I'm going nuts!

That kid's probably making a good living. He probably gets paid at least enough to afford clean diapers and that mush stuff babies call food.

If I had kids I wouldn't smack them. I'll just punish them by taking away their toys or something. There are plenty of civilized ways to achieve discipline. IMO smacking kids teaches them that violence solves problems.
