A Program To Take Screen Shots

I need a program to take screen shots of games as i play them. Like i dont want the capture program to come up and ruin the game screen shot. I need it to be like clicking the prnt screen button. Except that it actually takes a screen shot of the game.

Is there a program out there like that?

If there is can you please tell me what it is?

yup snaglt (http://www.techsmith.com) does that. there is a recent full version on suprnova too, I notice ;)
