Video Quality Question

Hey,
I was wondering if it is possible to increase the quality of a video that has been downloaded, I know its possible to re-encode it into poorer quality but is it possible to increase the quality?

um not realy mate , you can only use what you get , i suggest you download the best quality ones , eg telesyncs ect from mirc or bt rather than avi's from kazaa

general file sizes for telesync's is about 1.4 gig or 2.2 gig for longer movies
