If so how many a day? I want to quit because it's a disgusting habit. If you don't smoke for a day you can really smell it on other smokers. <_<

could you add an option to denote the ex-smokers?

it would be interested to see how many people have successfully kicked the habit.

Ex-Smokers are the most arogant people on the planet, non smokers generally are ok with people who smoke, but Ex-Smokers are like old women, moaning and fake coughing when ever they see someone smoking

I hate it when you quit and friends and family congratulate you for it 1 month (or 6 months) down the line. It's like once you smoke your a smoker and when you've quit your and ex-smoker. They'll never let you be a non-smoker again.

I smoke 10 to 20 a day and my lungs must look like burnt rasins. Are there any smokers here that worry about lung or throat cancer?

How did you ex-smokers quit? Did you use patches or go cold turkey?

I used to smoke, stopped about 6 years ago after about 20 years doing it.

I have no problem with other poeople doing it, however if it is a confined space like a car I prefer it if they have the window beside them open. For no other reason than it's not very pleasent otherwise.

No-one smokes in my house, I have young children and they will not have smoke put into their lungs when they have no control over it. This included myself when I did smoke, I went into the back garden.

I know a girl that smokes 20 a day. The thing is shes over 7.5 months pregnant  I advised her that her baby was taking in the smoke too and it could affect it's health. She replied, "What about you, I've seen you smoke filterless ciggerettes before".

I used to smoke a pipe or cigars, but only as a fad sort of thing. Never needed it.

An old friend used to smoke between 2 and 3 packs a day(I think that is 40 to 60)
at the age of 21  He sounded like my granfather did before he died of emphazima(sp?). Not a good thing. What made it worse (in my opinion) was that he smoked so much, he went for the cheap brands so he could afford it. I firmly believe that if you do so much of something, you may as well pay to enjoy it :P

I laugh when people smoke 'lights' and think they will never suffer any consequences

It's like when overweight people eat 'reduced fat' cheesecake :P If you want cheesecake, have a real one or choose something heathly.

Smoking cigarettes is for bum ass losers. If your going to smoke, why not smoke something that gets you high?

Gunja perhaps?

Isn't it legal to smoke gear in the UK now? I think you can smoke it in the street as long as you only have a joint. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Let you tell it. And why is it when I go to the store to buy my Swisher Sweet blunts there's always some "bum ass loser" with a cigarette in his mouth. To top it off he sells me some stale ass blunts. Yes, I hate smokerz!

When I was little, I took a puff on a cigarette once. The coughing fit I had from that experience made me realize that I should never try to smoke again. ;)

So does this make me a nonsmoker or an ex-smoker?
