Harddrive For The Abit Nf7-s Mobo

I've been looking at the WD 120 GB, but I guess the speeds kind of taper off the end when it transfers. What kind of harddrive do I need to get with this mobo? IDE or serial ata?

Get SATA.

Even though the current crop of SATA drives aren't hugely faster than regular IDE drives, the cabling is much nicer.
