I just downloaded Opera 7..52 yesterday (my first time using Opera) and I am trying to import my mail account from Netscape 7.1, so far with no success.
This is what happens. I follow the "new account" procedure (i've tried both importing my account and making an IMAP account), and when I choose to import my Netscape mail I choose my mail account. All of the servers are correct, but when I try to read messages it says it cannot connect to the IMAP server, or nothing happens at all.
When I try to send a message, it says things like:
"Internal error [556 CLIENT AUTHENTICATION REQUIRED. USE ESMTP EHLO AND AUTH.]"
I have tried changing the authentication options, but that hasn't worked either.
Please help!
