I have also informed the team that I too will be quitting. Its been a crazy year for me, being a mod, getting banned, coming back as a member, being a mod again, and now going back to being a member.

To be honest, this job isn't as great as it used to be. I also wish to enjoy the board as a regular member from now on.

Sorry to see you go too RTJ. Although I've not posted much in the same parts of the board as you, the amount of support you got over the deletegate incident proves you're a good egg.

So ... some members in this thread have feigned surprise at the sudden mod exodus indicating this has been brewing for a while.

Would someone care to share the real reasons behind this?

I'm sorry being a mod can't be that hard.

Stay logical and everything falls into place.

For instance, if moderating takes too much time uhh...moderate less.

There are plenty of other mods to take up the slack (if they are around).

The world is not on your individual shoulders. It's the damn internet is all.

Besides I've seen obvious crap on here stay on here for a lengthy amount of time before a mod caught but....we have members that hit the report button to send what the crap is right to you.

One mod that sometimes has done some illogical things but is very good at moving things around and closing, editing things is IKE (and way more than Movieworld).

have you ever been a mod??

people are mods at more than one forum too by the way...

i have resigned being a mod at 2 places because i have been working on my site (which hasn't been updated for a week because i tried to do too much at once...)

this is for everything about the board...and this is about the board and this was why it was posted...

yes there is a logical explanation for everything...so just go with the flow

if u don't like thing's in a post you can either let it go (go with the flow) or make a scene (fight the system)...

you shouldn't really comment or judge something that you have no idea about...

i know im being hypocritical but so is everyone else...so stfu 2 all

I also don't get why it's so stressful.

Instead of running around finding stuff to do, just go along your daily forum routine and when you see something wrong fix it. Make the board a better place.
