Using Sygate To Block Bad Ips

hi, anyone know where i can get a list of bad ips (RIAA, MPAA and etc) which i can import to sygate?
i dun wanna install protowall or other progs, they give me bad experience

Try Bluetack (http://www.bluetack.co.uk) or if they don't have it up you can always just download the blocklist manager from them.
