i like lime wire but can i get a version that dosnt need java i have Microsoft VM and it wont run with that and when i download the other javas i cant get other websites working any ideas ?

Sorry bud, but LimeWire runs purely off of Java, therefor, the most recent version of Java you have, the better LimeWire will run.
*Edit* I just found this, it's the Windows with no JVM (http://sales.limewire.com/040602/4zph0WTR2epNZECRo1lWp0pbbekDhUlb/download/LimeWireWinNoVM.zip) version, you can try it, but I don't know if it's what you're looking for.

*All above versions are 4.0.7 Pro
