Proxie Help

Ok, so I visted the free Proxies on this site. I found some. So how do I connect to them? I know there is an area in the Internet Explorer settings where you can put a proxie but if i use that, does all my internet usage go through the proxie, or only Internet Explorer?? Or do i need a program in order to use a proxie. Sorry im kinda new at this proxie thing. Help? :unsure:

If your using them for web surfung then go to Tools, Internet Options, and then Connections.
Aslo a nice program to make things easier is ProxyPal (http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/file_description/0,fid,22974,00.asp).
