Medal Of Honor Spearhead

I downloaded MOHSpearhead the other day but when i go to install it i get an error message: Cannot find Medal_Of_Honor_Spearhead_Code.exe.
But i have looked for the file myself and it is in the correct folder , but why can't if find it
somebody please help.

Maybe incorrect name.

The file name is correct, but it still doesn't work , do i need to update MOHAA first

Move the file Medal_Of_Honor_Spearhead_Code.exe to c:\ or the outside the folder u unzipped it to, then try setting it up. Thats wat i had to do to get it to work.
