Have You Ever Been Arrested?

I have gotten an underage my first day of college (literally) but thats it.
I had to go to 16 hours of classes, $200 fine, the class was $250 too, but its supposed to be "off" my record and my finger prints arent in the system :)

I had my rights read once. They said that I wasn&#39;t under arrest, that it was &#39;just routine&#39; then they took me down to the station for questioning. I was eventaully charged with having no car tax although they originally thought that I have stolen a vehicle because I had fraudulently used another tax disc. :01:
