Help! Video Keeps Freezing

HELP!
Does anyone know y when i download tmd movies from k-lite, when i play them the video keeps freezing and some parts of the film are missing. i am running windows xp pro with 256mb ddr ram,

i think there are some bad frames
use div-fix to check it out :)

just used div-fix and it said the file had corrupted data. this is the second time ive downloaded cradle 2 the grave and the parts that were missing this time , i had them in the last one i downloaded

after the divfix you will still have the "missing images". divfix only repair the index, it doesn't recreate the bad images, logical.

But you also need all the codecs to view the movie. take the klite codes pack : http://www.k-lite.tk
