There's just one thing i can't get the hang of in the game, is there anyway to control one person on my fire team? I can select a certain guy (Grenader, rifleman etc) but when ever I tell them to do something, the whole fire team responds... What's the point of being able to select a member if they cant do anything individually?

There is no "I" in "Team." :P

You can't. When you move, you always move as a team, its just the way the game was made.
