What is the password? I am using a sony pcvrx540... i am the only one that uses this pc, its mines! lol but when i try to get into BIOS it says password... can i disable this from comming up or can i get the password from the system? just trying to up my video memory fro 4 mb, since i hear this is possible...

Dee some models only had 4mb video on board. The celeron models.You have an agp slot tho. Up grade to a 32MB AGP video card for cheap. You,ll still need to access the bios tho, to disable onboard video and change to agp settings. :)

Reset the CMOS. Look for a jumpers on the board.

Yep , I found your manual on line it was hard to find so here.You'll need Adobe to read but it's free .

Jumpers are right of the battery set to 2/3 to clear. Then you can set vid memory up to 11mb. But keep in mind this steal's from system memory . :)
