Permission Denied

I started downloading Hellboy on Suprnova yesterday and left my PC on over night. This morning my PC had 'blue screened' and restarted itself. I tried to start Hellboy again but I get,

ERROR
IO Error (Errno 13) Permission denied

Whats that about? <_<

I can log in on Suprnova but it will not let me post in their forum.

What is “(IOError - Errno13 Permission denied)”

* This error occurs when you run a torrent file that is already active on your machine. In other words you try and run the same file twice.
* Simply close all your clients/active torrents and then restart them to clear the error.
