Hi, I am pretty sure that I have a firewall on my computer, but I want to make sure and see if I can alter it in any way. How would I find out and how could I access it on a Windows 98 OS.

I'm assuming you're behind a hardware firewall (probably school or work), so you don't have access to the firewall.

Well, if your saying that I am at a school or work computer, this is my home computer.

win 98 does not come with a firewall so if you have not got one dloaded i dout you will have......but to check if a firewwall is running i assume it will be in your system tray ie near to clock lower right corner.........run mouse cursor over all icons and right click to see what is what...

i agree zone alarm is the best very easy to use and set up

Zone Alarm is a firewall. Norton is anti-virus software.
