How To Play A .bin Format Movie?

Downloaded a movie form supernova, but it's in .bin format, I tried everything I have WMplayer, realplayer, windvd etc. none of them works.
any help plz!!!!!!!!!!!

or u can mount it on daemon tools and any player could play it.
