Mysterious Format

I have got some short movies of .wmv format but they do not run at all i tried all possible codecs .........perhaps(yeah vl kazaa codec pack.....etc) i run them they just close themselves and end up somewhere in microsoft's website I tried in other mediaplayers too i get this beautiful message

" Acquiring licence"
Any clues ??? :blink:

Some files do require Lisences to be played, even if you have the codec,
or the right player etc.

Its copyright protection stuff.

If i get me one of those, I simply delete it and find the proper version.
