I have a lot of vid stuff to encode, 1 major tip I see is to shut down any unnessacary software thats running which can b a pain shutting them all down 1 by 1, theres a prog out there called ENDITALL2 which just just that with 1 click I think its now on version 2, any1 know where I can get it or any progs that do a similar thing? :ph34r:

you shouldn't have that many thing sopen that it is a pain to close them. :blink:

maybe u should uninstall some stuff. ;)

Whats wrong with end it all? You can config to leave your firewall or AV running.

I don't have too much stuff running, nothing more than I need anyway its just helps out with my video editing because its a mem hungry process, plus I don't want things like windows update or my av updaters and things kicking in when I'm in the middle of encoding stuff is causes glitches in the finished dvd.
