Norton Anti-virus keeps saying nthat every download file is contaminated with Netsky. It happens immediatley after doubleclicking the file in Search. I just downloaded the newest version.
Thanks in advance.

If your not to worried about viruses you could turn it off for awhile.
Maybe you currently are infected so a scan of you computer would be a good idea.

Someone on this board mentioned (forgot who) if you create a file called Netsky on your desktop, Norton will think it's the Netsky worm.

My best advise is to trust norton ive been running it with kazaa since it came out and haven't had any problems.
Virus's are a bi*ch to deal with so why gamble?

Any specific type of file? It will help us all if we know.

Apps are riddled with viruses but music and video have always been safe, so far.
