i tried adding a personal photo for my profile but when i put my pic in the box thingy it wouldnt upload it

whats wrong with it !!?!?!

when I change mine it doesn't refresh until I log back in, and when I use Firefox as my internet browser I have to finddle with something in tools before it uploads.

btw what does you sig and member title mean?
