Can't Seem To Download Anything

I can't seem to d/l any vids. I use Azureus and so far I am stuck with only gray unhappy faces. It shows 0(123) and 0(456) and whatnot but no d/l's thus far. Any ideas?

Do you have a router? Have you turned off XP's built-in firewall (assuming you have XP).

Is it wise to turn off XPs firewall? I am running Sygate and Protowall as well.

XP's firewall is know to conflict with Sygate, you need to turn one or the other off

I turned XP off so hopefully things will start rollin now.

XP Firewall must be OFF. You must allow A.Z. to run with Sygate, You might also want to change your tcp port in A.Z. to some port between 49152- 65535, Some isp's will block the common bt ports.

You also need to foward your ports to your router (if you use 1)...

I don't know about sygate but you don't have to turn the xp firewall off if that's all you have. It will work just fine if you add the ports manually. I think you can even filter them that way. I've seen a lot of bt ports (amcsoda) filtered on a lot of windows boxes.
