when i go to this one site it is in japanese, i know if i right click then go to encoding, it gives me a bunch of differant langauages to change the site into, but english is not there.

English is not there because you have to go to Western European (ISO). But if the website hasn&#39;t been translated by someone, then it&#39;s impossible to view it in English.

Do you want to see the Japanese characters correctly or do you want to translate in to English?
