Listen To Local Radio?

Ive rung up radio stations a few times on an fm station in sydney australia. I was wondering if there is a program that you can listen to and record local radio on your pc.

I currently have a visionplus DTV capture card on my pc. The tv works but the radio channels are hard to programme in. So is there another program i can use?

some stations have a website u can go to and listen to a live stream...

Our biggest "local" radio station used to do that, untill they said it was illgeal, something along the same lines of what Napster was doing.
