On kazaa lite 2.4.1, every file i search for has a maximum bandwidth of 203 for some reason. can someone help me

Don't worry about that.
It doesn't influence your downloadspeed ;)
It's just an indication on how fast you downloaded the last time you used k-lite (or something like that)
