I have a dynamic IP (changes every 24 hours) and with their services I can have a FTP address that always points to my current IP.
And it was very simple and quick to set it up.

thanx, i had one before, cant remember the name, but they started charging.
mines usually changes everytime i boot, but got 2 pcs now, through router. and it seems to be the same for about a month now, but it'll probably change if something goes wrong.
