Corp Ed of norton will use less resorces than Norton 2004 and no need to activate or crack it.

as u've used both can u do a list of pros and cons and how kav works as in does it work with IM (msn etc), download managers etc etc

Uh :huh: It scans all incoming files as did Norton. So there is no reason for an intergrated scanner for instant messengers and download mangers. ;)
